This site is a private reference guide, not a Warrick County office. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release a person, accept bond, schedule visitation, or retrieve official booking records. Use the official office below for the record or custody question you are trying to answer.
Where to Look First
For current local custody, start with the sheriff-operated Warrick County Security Center. For filed charges, court copies, sentenced prison custody, federal custody, immigration custody, or custody notifications, use the separate channels listed below.

Sheriff Michael Wilder leads the office. Jail operations are centered at the Warrick County Security Center. The sheriff administration page lists payment hours for administrative transactions as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; confirm bond or release-payment instructions with the jail or court before relying on that schedule.
- For someone in the county jail, use the Warrick County Sheriff's Office app current-inmates feature when available, then call the jail if the app does not answer the question. See jail inmate records.
- For a booking photo or mugshot, check the sheriff app first and then ask the Security Center whether a public record can be requested under Indiana APRA. See jail roster mugshots.
- For charges filed after arrest, search Indiana MyCase and request official copies through the Warrick County Clerk. See court records after a jail arrest.
- For the local facility page, use Warrick County Security Center.
- For sentenced Indiana prison custody, use the Indiana Department of Correction incarcerated database.
- For custody notifications, use Indiana VINELink or call Indiana VINE at 1-866-959-VINE (866-959-8463).
- For a federal inmate, search the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator. For immigration custody after transfer, use ICE ODLS.
